A Blast from the Past With
H2O

In the late 1970s, at least seven kids in the Dallas area liked so-called "theater rock" enough to form their own band. As a result, H2O burst upon the scene like a paper bag full of eggs in the rain.

The group performed a combination of cover tunes and original material. Although they played a ton of gigs, they never tainted their artistic integrity by accepting monetary reimbursement for a gig.

Truth be told, nobody ever offered to pay them.

As it turned out, seven was not a lucky number for the group. Over time, the band shrunk down to a "four-piece trio" featuring Dave Jutras, Tommy Stewart, Larry Seidenberg-Jones, and Jimmy Hamiter.

Several rumors (started by this website) abound regarding the fates of the other H2O members. Some say they died of stravation due to not getting paid. Others suggest they were abducted by aliens. The wildest theory hypothesizes that they simply quit to move on to other things.

The truth may have to wait until the E Channel runs some sort of "where are they now" special on the band. In the meantime, these few songs are all that remains of the once proud and noble group called H2O:

  1. All Dressed Up

  2. Know What You're Worth

  3. Seems Like Yesterday

  4. Ottowa

  5. Still the Morn

  6. You're My Friend

  7. That's the Way It Is

  8. Far Away
